Shipping Policy

An estimated delivery time will be displayed on the Order Summary page before you confirm your purchase. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing a summary of your order along with the estimated delivery timeline.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unexpected events. In such cases, we will proactively keep you informed. Kindly check your email regularly for updates.

Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To align with the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

For domestic orders within Pakistan, charges are:

- Rs. 400 flat for the first luxury pret outfit, Rs. 200 for each additional pret outfit.

- Rs. 1,000 per occasion wear outfit.

- Rs. 3,000 for bridal outfits (which may vary according to weight).

Shipping charges for most countries, including the US, UK, and Canada, are:

- USD 45 for the purchase of one luxury pret product and USD 20 for each additional product.

- The shipping charges for occasion wear are USD 110 for the purchase of one product and USD 70 for each additional product.

- The same shipping rates will apply for menswear outfits with heavy work.

- The shipping charges for bridals are USD 330. An additional charge for other category outfits will be applied when ordered with a bridal outfit.

- USD 160 for the purchase of one luxury pret product and USD 55 for each additional product.

- The shipping charges for occasion wear are USD 235 for the purchase of one product and USD 155 for each additional product.

- The same shipping rates will apply for menswear outfits with heavy work.

- The shipping charges for bridals are USD 555. An additional charge for other category outfits will be applied when ordered with a bridal outfit.

- USD 75 for the purchase of one luxury pret product and USD 40 for each additional product.

- The shipping charges for occasion wear are USD 135 for the purchase of one product and USD 85 for each additional product.

- The same shipping rates will apply for menswear outfits with heavy work.

- The shipping charges for bridals are USD 355. An additional charge for other category outfits will be applied when ordered with a bridal outfit.

Please note that for India and Bangladesh different shipping rates will be applied based on the updated shipping charges provided by the logistics provider.
