Shipping Policy

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes the delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg. For domestic orders within Pakistan, charges of Rs. 400 flat.

Shipping charges for customers with UK shipping address are USD 50 on the purchase of one product and USD 30 on each additional product.

Shipping charges of USD 50 shall apply on the purchase of one product for customers in USA and the rest of the world and USD 30 shall be charged on each additional product.

The shipping charges for Formals would be USD 110 on the purchase of one product and USD 70 shall apply on each additional product.

The shipping charges for Bridals would be USD 330.
